i spar withe shu ying, wai kiong, soon liang, the Alice
Denise Also
shu ying keep kicking me until very pain
wai kiong, keep dodging me
soon liang no fun
the alice kick until my leg super pain gt big bruise ler
still gt one dunnp wad name haha:
keep letting me kick him.
then blister recover
Wednesday:
night extra training i sweat damm much
Friday:
No play computer because of my brother n sister
some more gt 2x exp

Taekwondo Second Last Training
Sir Sherman has gone to NS
change sir ler!
no fun one lor
the new sir make us run 10 laps
in the hot floor of the basketball court
then everyone got blister...
everyone bandage here and there.

then warm up

after that go home

thursday taekwondo training.
is sir Sherman last training and he go NS
then came a Sir Gerard
super fierce
run 10 laps of basketball court
i slack one lap
my leg gt one blister
then gt new member, Jeffery
Joyce, Soon Liang, So Yuen their hp
gt lollipop i ask them why everyone have lollipop
then they ask cher wan anot lol
Mr Lim say don't want.
kao leh, every one have hand phone except me sia in taekwondo
Soon Liang use his last time record vs me
then i keep saying i sec 1 he sec 3
then i win
i also win him in 2.4km run hahaha...
Taekwondo a lot of jokes around
but cannot tell..
Friday 6.45am wake up
Because need go temple
then go my pa workshop
damm dirty
i play with my cousins
go home that time 11+am
then Today nothing happen..

hi!
yesterday super unlucky sia!
fell down three times sia!
first tym at void deck
second tym at taekwondo that tym sia!
the second tym i sprain my thumb sia!
super de pain lor!
today leh!
run 2.4km that time saw soon liang
he say i taekwondo member must run faster leh
but he oso run so slow
he run past me that time kip ahahaha!
weird rite?
then in the end i win him hahahahaha!
now is me ha not him ha!
next week taekwondo do sparring sia!
see how is my finger recovering first bah!
at taekwondo that tym they joking abt soon liang
and so hyuen dunno how spell then she said weiming and joyce
thay making me more confusing sia
i walk past the paddings that tym super smelly sia
then i teach a new member the white belt pattern until i wan vomit blood ar
he kip saying i want do that i wan do that lor
i want to kik him lor!
joyce teach him the basic until 1hr lor
luckily next week i no nid teach him i nid to spar leh haha!
one more thing, joyce just now ask me whether i wan taekwondo camp a not
i comfirm say yes one lar!
now shuying kip complaining to me abt the alice lor!
by the way i oso complaining abt her anyway!
all bcos of her then we cannot run for cca sia
the camp i oso dun wan her to come lor!
she very pervertic sia dun tok abt her lar tok abt her

i thinking of next friday whether he running again if he gt run i tell him abt alice going off when we going to the inter cca one.
